Owner’s Michele Riley and Heather Pressley are committed to making your house beautiful! Their education and experience will guide you every step of the way from the design process all the way through to the desired finished product and installation. We will help you select the right fabric and design for your windows, fabricate them and install them. Our turn around time on window treatments is quick and efficient. Our fabricators are talented and experienced and pay attention to detail, so the end product is superior. Casa Bella only uses professional and courteous installers with 20 plus years of experience in window covering installation.

Michele Riley has earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in the Department of Interior Design and Space Planning from Ringling School of Art and Design in Sarasota, Florida. She has been practicing design for 22 years and owned her own business for the last 18 years. She has worked with custom builders and clients with the overall layout and specifications of their homes. Her area of expertise is creative design, use of color and fabrics and space utilization. She has also worked on several model homes including the Parade of Homes. After working in many aspects of the design field, designing and creating custom window treatments has become her specialty.

Heather Pressley is a 1991 graduate of Philadelphia College of Textile and Science. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Textile and Interior Design. She started her career creating exclusive upholstery fabric in Pennsylvania and North Carolina. A multitude of these distinctive fabrics were featured in Architectural Digest. In 1996 she relocated to the Tampa Bay area where she worked for Morrison Homes, Inland Homes and MI Homes as a successful design consultant for decorating and staging model homes. She has exceptional skill in designing window and custom bedding as an area of expertise. Heather has earned notable recognition and awards, including Best Kitchen Design in Tampa’s Parade of Homes.
